Shanghai Surprise - More "Peace Missions"?

The Soviets...darn I did it again...I meant the Ruskies are so excited that they got to bring out their toys and play in the sand that they hope to have more military excercises with the other members of the Warsaw Pact...gosh darnit I meant Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This organization is composed of USSR and Red China...or for the politically correct - Russia, China(mainland) and four autocratic 'Tans (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan). India, Pakistan, Iran and Mongolia also have observer status in the SCO.
