A Neo-Con Take on Lula and W

Joshua Muravchik of AEI compares Lula and W's troubles and figures that the reason W has bad press internationally is the fact that he is fiscally irresponsible. I think there might be a little bit more to it than that, but I just had to post this just for the man eat dog angle of a neo-con praising Lula.
