Cohen on Iraq

Speaking of Eliot Cohen he had a great piece on the war in Iraq that was published by WaPost. It was set off by his mixed feelings as his son was getting ready to be shipped off to Iraq. Cohen's criticism of the military leadership should not be surprising considering his book, Supreme Command: Soldiers, Statesmen and Leadership in Wartime, argued in the words of French Premier Georges Clemenceau, "War is too important to be left to the generals."
