N. Korea - No More Food Thank You

These N. Koreans are a rather odd bunch. According to the WashTimes almost a quarter of N. Koreans are fed through a UN relief program that the N. Koreans have said they no longer need. The N. Koreans insist that "good farming" they can take care of themselves. There is a chance that the N. Korean government may continue accepting the aid if it is relabeled as developmental as opposed to humanitarian.
