For you spanish speakers (or readers) Letras Libres, a Mexican magazine founded by associates of the late great Octavio Paz, had an issue dedicated to Hugo and Venezuela. Among the highlights - Carlos Franqui on "castrochavismo", Moises Naim on populists, autocrats and corruption and a sadly prescient piece penned by Alejandro Rossi written just before the elections that brought Chavez to power.
