Two Weeks and Counting

In two weeks the Iraqis will vote on the constitutional referendum there's no telling if it will pass but at some point the Iraqis are going to have to take care of themselves. The WashTimes has a report on how American troops are preparing the Iraqis for that eventuality. What it seems to boil down to is the Iraqis are in better shape than they were last year, but still have a ways to go.
